Aalya Ghouli

Aalya GHOULI has more than 20 years of experience in various positions of responsibility within the Moroccan and African financial and banking sector. Challenge Magazine has ranked her in 2022 among the 50 inspiring women. She played an important role in the emergence of the Moroccan ecosystem of mobile payment, financial inclusion and digitalization of financial services more specifically for women. She managed several transformation, restructuring and business acceleration missions. Passionate about the African continent, she carried out several advisory missions to the IMF in Central Africa. She has been awarded the “Most Influential Female Digital Leader of 2023 (North Africa)” by the Africa Bank 4.0 Awards Diversity champion, she has been involved for years in several Moroccan and African organizations to uphold diversity as well as women empowerment through their financial inclusion.
